About UIA @ ISU

Iowa State University is one of the eleven founding institutions of the University Innovation Alliance. The University Innovation Alliance is the leading national coalition of public research universities committed to increasing the number and diversity of college graduates in the United States. We accomplish this task by sharing our successes and failures among our universities and use our shared experiences to develop, iterate, and scale initiatives that support student success. As a member, Iowa State has undertaken various student success initiatives including EAB, student success coaching and our chat bot, Cy. Since its inception, the UIA has helped to graduate 73,000 additional students at our member institutions, including more than 9000 additional graduates at Iowa State.
